Deciding to go with Mike and 253 painters was an easy decision. The price was equal to the competitive bid from another vendor for the same amount of work to include 2 coats of paint. I like to support local businesses and both estimates were with local but one bid was the completion of the entire project in one day using 7-8 day painters. Mikes bid he made after finishing another project at the end of his day. We believe this show him to have his priorities straight with new potential business/customers. Plus he is the painter and has a small family crew to assist him. Taking his time to paint our tri level home was key for us in the hot days of July. After pressure washing and prep work over the course of two days main house paint went on and allowed to dry before secondary painting and trim paint was applied. Process took 4 days instead of 5 and took less paint than projected. We keep the extra paint. Mike removed our gutters as part of the job because were having house roof replaced this made painting easier and more complete. Work was outstanding and we are very happy with the job done. Compliments from neighbors has resulted in additional business for Mike and crew. All of my concerns before during and after painting were listened to and applied.

Very pleased with all aspects of 253 Painters. From the bid, assisting with colors, clean-up, communication, professionalism and personable personality...top notch across the board. Him and his family also ensured my gates were shut and locked everytime they left so my dogs wouldn't get out . I highly recommend Mike and we will use his services again if needed. Sorry, photos are not in order...but I think it's obvious which is new. Thanks Mike!
